ABOUT THE BIKE ZONE

We have 4 bike tracks and a hiking trail:

 

  • Kiddies Track
  • Pump Track
  • Jump Track – Experienced riders only / direction clockwise
  • Mountain Bike Track (MTB) – Full 3 km track open over weekends. 
    Walk difficult parts to familiarize yourself of the track or use the easier ‘chicken runs’.

THEMES

Please indicate which theme you would like with your reservation:

  • Color Theme – Orange, red, blue, green, yellow, pink, purple, combined colours. (bright & pastel colours available)
  • Bike Party – Pump Track
  • Soccer Party – On the Field
  • Cricket Party – On the Field
  • Pizza Party – R185 per person (Min 10 kids), Free entrance

 

TIME SLOTS

A time slot of 3 hours is allocated for each party.

Weekends: 09:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 – 16:00
Weekdays: 14:00 – 17:00

DEPOSIT

A deposit of R 1 000 must accompany your reservation. We will contact you within 48 hours after receipt of your registration form.

The balance must be received in full, no less than 3 days (72 hours) before the party date.

Failing to make payment within the prescribed period will result in automatic cancellation of the event and the deposit forfeited.

No exceptions will be made.

FEES

Venue Fee (Aplicable for all themes): R 1200
Includes tables, table cloths and a gazebo and/or shade cover (hostess, plates, cake forks & serviettes included)

Entrance fee (Excluding Pizza Party):
Weekdays – R75 per child
Weekends and public holidays – R75 per child

Our party bag’s start from R130 and includes:

  • Packet of crisps
  • Packet of sweets
  • Small chocolate
  • Juice box
  • Still water

Our Pizza party package (R185 pp) includes:

  • 1 Pizza per person
  • Entrance
