Book a fun informal party

ABOUT THE BIKE ZONE

We have 4 bike tracks and a hiking trail:

• Kiddies Track
• Pump Track
• Jump Track – Experienced riders only / direction clockwise
• Mountain Bike Track (MTB) – Full 3 km track open over weekends.
  Walk difficult parts to familiarize yourself of the track or use the easier ‘chicken runs’.

Informal Party Guidelines

Parents who prefer a more informal birthday gathering without booking the full party package are welcome to do so, provided the following guidelines are followed.

Seating

Informal parties do not include a reserved venue or tables.

Guests are welcome to arrive and make use of available seating areas.

Food & Beverages

No outside food or beverages are permitted.

All food and drinks must be purchased from Trax Café.

Cake

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes for the celebration.

Party Bags

You may bring your own party bags.

A R20 corkage fee per party bag will apply.

Alternatively, you may bring empty party bags and fill them with treats from our shop.

Decorations

Large party décor setups such as balloon arches, backdrops, or party installations are not permitted.

Hostess

Informal parties do not include a hostess.

Parents remain responsible for supervising the children.

Catering Orders

Platters and cakes can be pre-ordered through our catering department – catering@eduplex.co.za

Clean Up

Parents are responsible for cleaning their table/area after the party.

We will contact you within 48 hours after receipt of your registration form to confirm your reservation based on availability.
