Hill and Valley Series

Twice the fun! By entering both races in the Hill and Valley Series, you unlock some nice savings and it puts you in a position to win the coveted title of the Hill and Valley Series Winner!
Up for grabs are two custom-made jerseys for the overall male and overall female winners (most number of laps completed for the series).

The Eduplex Race is first on 15 May 2026 and offers a flat course that will keep you entertained throughout the night, while the Pretoria Boys High race on 6 September 2026 is more challenging with good hill-rep training that will boost your end of the year fitness!
These routes will suit the novice and the racing snake alike, with the level of difficulty being regulated by the speed at which you approach them.

Both races will have family-friendly race villages, a variety of food options, camping options, goodie bags and prize money for the winners in certain categories and are open to recreational riders and licensed athletes.

Race Details

Eduplex Sport School

24 Hour Race: Saturday 15 May 2026 starting at 10h00 through to Sunday 17 April.

(Entry includes a breakfast bun, camping facility (own tent), shower, access to the race village)

6 Hour Race: Saturday 15 May 2026, starting at 14h00 and ending at 20h00 allowing riders to experience the thrill of night riding.

Pretoria Boys High School

24 Hour Race: Saturday 5 September, starting at 10h00 through to Sunday 6 September.

(Entry includes a breakfast bun, camping facility (own tent), shower, access to the race village)

6 Hour Race: Saturday 5 September, starting at 14h00 and ending at 20h00 allowing riders to experience the thrill of night riding.

Race Village

Both venues will have a village with food and beverages available between 8:00 and 22:00.
The barista stations will be open day and night for the duration of your stay.

Camping

Make it a fun-filled weekend and come and camp in the middle of all the action. Camping is free. You must bring all your own gear.
We will get the fires going early every evening for those who want to braai their own meat.

Unfortunately, electricity plug points are not readily available for the campers. We will have charging stations at the race village for your phones, computers and lights.

The use of the facilities while camping is at one’s own risk.

Teams can enter as a 2 – 6 person team, BUT ONLY TEAMS OF 4 OR LESS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES.

E-Bikes: Cyclists can ride on E-bikes as part of a team or solo, but the team or solo rider will not be eligible for prizes.
