The fitness facilities’ core focus is group training. The type of training the facility focuses on is based on cross training principles such as strength, cardio endurance, speed & power, agility and balance.

The training programs ensure that there is either pulling, pushing or lifting exercises in the form of functional based exercises (everyday body movements) and combining these exercises with cardio activities.

Equipment used range from pull up bars, gymnastic rings, kettle bells, dumbbells, olympic barbells, watt bikes, skipping ropes & medicine balls. Workouts are always different, challenging and fun.
